Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to Triple-O! This Service Plan Agreement (this “Agreement” or “the Plan”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which we provide you the services described below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
The Plan covers the cost for the labor and materials needed for annual clean and checks. Based on the Plan chosen, you may have additional services included in your agreement.
If at any time a technician has findings that are outside of your plan coverage, they will bring them to your attention and provide an estimate for the work needed.
The Equipment eligible for coverage under the Plan are natural gas or electric furnaces, electric powered central air conditioner, mini-split systems, water heaters, and tankless water heaters(“Equipment”). The Equipment must be located within the confines of the permanent foundation, properly installed and in proper working order on the Effective Date, safely and easily accessible for diagnosis and repair by the Authorized Repair Technician
Terms and Renewal –
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for one year. Based on the billing options chosen, you will be charged monthly or annually for the Plan. This Agreement will automatically renew unless terminated by the original signer, by phone or in writing. This Agreement may be canceled at any time, at no additional charge to you. If at any time you wish to cancel this Agreement, it must be done so prior to being charged for the Plan. Once you have been charged, no refunds will be given.
Changes of Service –
If at any time you wish to change or upgrade the Plan, you may do so at no additional cost. This must be done no later than 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. Once you are charged for the original plan, updated services will not be rendered until the following month.
