COVID-19 Company Update
Our response to the COVID-19 outbreak:
First of all, as a service provider we have a commitment to our community to stay open and serve those in need. We are open for business 24 hours a day and providing emergency services to our customers who are in need of heating, plumbing and electrical. With that said, we also have a commitment to our people and the community to keep everyone as safe as possible during this time. Based on what we know at this time, we are taking steps to change our normal operations to help in the effort to slow and eventually stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
I wanted to make sure our Triple-O customers have a clear understanding regarding next steps for Triple-O during this time. We want to ensure that every technician and customer is safe. We are extending the following protocol effective immediately according to the CDC guidelines:
- We are actively encouraging employees to stay home if experiencing any respiratory illness symptoms. (coughing, shortness of breath, temperature)
- CDC recommends that employees who appear to have respiratory illness symptoms upon arriving to work or become sick during the day should be separated from other employees and be sent home immediately.
- Employees who are well but have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 (or similar symptoms) will remain at home.
- We are pre-screening all customers/staff with a brief questionnaire surrounding their wellness. Additionally we have restricted access to the office to help prevent any outside risk. (Leaving packages outdoors, no entry past lobby, office staff only inside of office areas)
As you are aware, things are constantly changing on an hour by hour basis at the moment, and we are monitoring constantly to be able to make the best, real time decisions for our company. I fully empathize with any lingering concerns or fears you may have, and can assure you we are staying intune with directives from the CDC, WHO and local government agencies.
We are extending a 25% off discount on our Indoor Air Quality Package to ensure that the air you are breathing "hospital quality" air for your entire family. As you can imagine, these products are limited during this time, but we will do whatever it takes to accommodate for you.
